The role of Aussie Rules International (ARI) is to promote and develop the sport of Australian Football internationally.

ARI is committed to working with all stakeholders to raise awareness of the AFL competition and assist the international growth of the sport, which celebrates its 150th year in 2008. 

ARI also provides full coverage of the Australian Football International Cup tournament, the sport's unofficial World Cup - being held between 27 August and 6 September in Melbourne & Warrnambool, Australia.
