For the Melbourne matches the Royal Park North precinct is the venue, situated in Park Street, Parkville (behind the Royal Melbourne Zoo). This precinct has 3 quality grounds, numerous changerooms and a field that can be utilised for warm ups.
These 3 ovals will be in good condition, are a good size and the facilities are ideal for this event.
Regional Victoria
Warrnambool has been chosen for the regional aspect of the event. The Council, local community and football leagues/clubs are very supportive and looking forward to hosting the event from the Sunday to Thursday.
Two rounds of matches will be played on Reid Oval, Mack Oval and Walter Oval.
Warrnambool is the largest city on the Great Ocean Road and is known for its coastline, beaches, historic sites, whale watching, many other tourists’ attractions and its sporting culture.
