Zagreb Hawks
Founded in November 2005, the Zagreb Hawks were the first Aussie Rules club to be established in Croatia. Originally known as the Zagreb Giants, they were renamed the Zagreb Hawks in 2006 after gaining support from the Hawthorn Football Club.
