Dubai Heat
The Dubai Heat came together in February 2007 just in time for the first recognised Australian Rules International (ARI) competition held in the Middle East, the Dubai 9s, and is pleased to be part of a game that is fast developing in expatriate circles all over the world and becoming more popular with the indigenous populations in which it is played. The Dubai Heat is made up of a mix of expatriate Australians working predominantly in the property development and construction fields that have a love of the game – Australian Rules Football. The Heat has a very fast, tough and exciting style of play that currently has them with the mantle of both reigning Asian Champions and AFL Middle East Champions.
