Nicholas Naitanui
18 year old Nicholas Naitanui is a Fijian star of the future.
An AIS/AFL graduate from Western Sydney, Naitanui starred for Western Australia in the 2007 Under 18 championships and is a certain high draft pick in the 2008 AFL Draft, with some even tipping him to be the picked at #1.
At 198cm, he qualified to represent Fiji in the Beijing Olympics with a high jump of over 200cm.
In the WAFL for Swan Districts, the young ruckman is already impressing against seasoned players with his athleticism, vertical leap and ability to win the hard ball in contests.
Naitanui is a fan of Fijian David Rodan and would love to see more Fijians play the Australian game.
